(5 foot six, 205 lbs, 22.5 % body fat) I'm fifteen not extremely unfit and I haven't always struggled with food. It was only recently. I do participate in sports (football, wrestling) and am willing to do what it takes. What steps can I take to get to around 7-8% body fat? Hello,i am also 5foot six and now 189lbs but was 289lbs some six months back.Got to know a site that is operated by weight loss researchers from mayo hospital and their program did a great help to my life.I am losing weight on a daily basis while strictly following their program.I am not in any doubt it could work for you as well.However,it's worth trying if it can work for you as well.Lifestyle help, advice or recommendations? I麓m wondering why you are suddenly struggling with food, are you having problems at school or at home? 7% body fat is dangerously low, and not realistic which is why I麓m asking if you have any problems.
