Guitar Help...Advice On Playing The Guitar?

I want to learn how to play the guitar but need some advice, first of all... I think it's pretty easy because I think it's just letters you're learning right?...A,B,C,D...how many letters are there exactly?what advice would you guys give me?how much are guitars, like a nice one but not so expensive?thanks.oh and...i want to play a normal guitar not electric.Guitar Help...Advice On Playing The Guitar?
The chords are A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. No H chords. There are two variations of chords, major and minor. Buy yourself a chord book. They usually cost five to ten dollars and show you essential, basic chords. They come in the form of wall posters as well.

A good guitar, acoustic, costs around $200-$300. Takamine, Seagull, and Ovation are good acoustic companies. Taylor and Parkwood are good higher-end guitars.

As far as advice goes, get a teacher. He/she will have an abundance of musical knowledge. Also, get the proper equipment. I'd see a teacher or experienced individual first. And good luck.Guitar Help...Advice On Playing The Guitar?
it's called acoustic, first of all. :)

there is A, B, C, D, E, F, G. but there are minor chords and major chords etc. it gets very complicated. i don't know guitar myself, but i am trying to learn it. i play piano, though, so i know about the chords and all.

i don't think they're that expensive. we got ours at a garage sale lol so it wasn't very much. i have no idea. but i'd say around a hundred bucks. maybe more, maybe less.
