Minesweeper advice and help

can anyone give some advice on how to get under 30 seconds for intermediate level and under 5 seconds for beginner level?


how do i increase my mouse clicking rate?


and what are your best times for beginner and intermediate mode?

I'm not sure how to make you faster, but I can help increase your accuracy.





First, turn off the ';?'; option for when you right-click. Now it'll either mark a space as a mine or take it away. That shaves time off.





Next, note the numbers on the spaces. If there is a 1, there is one mine touching that space, two if there's a 2, etc. The best strategy is, when you find a bunch of 1s in a square, the middle is always a mine. also, the three spaces to the side that isn't a mine are mine-free...It's a little hard to explain without a picture.
