Help need advice about schizophrenic boyfriend?

It's been almost 13 years that i met him and he still is unable to break away from bad personality and be with me?Is there any chanceyet?Just a question that is realisitc and not delusional honey?Help need advice about schizophrenic boyfriend?
It's an illness. If you were with someone that had asthma would you expect them to just stop it for you? I have diabetes %26amp; can control it with food %26amp; exercise but I still have to take meds. %26amp; I can't really control it completely. There are people who do everything %26amp; still can't control their blood sugar levels. I don't mean to be hard on you. I think it is so hard for people who have mental illnesses because in some ways they have to really work to control but in other ways they really can't. It is just the reality you might have to live with, with this person. If you can't take it %26amp; feel you need to get out then that is what you have to do.But if you love this person, which is obvious that you do, you might have to learn how to live with this. I don't know of anything harder to do. I wish you the best of everything.Help need advice about schizophrenic boyfriend?

If you're willing to wait for him, then do so. However, there's a chance that you're missing out on the best things in life by doing so. Ask yourself what you really want in life and love. Follow your heart, only you can best answer your question. Goodluck.
Find a support group on line or in your area and see what people think. If you haven't seen ';A Beautiful Mind'; yet, you might want to check that out too.
Pray and talk with a doctor about your friend. You are a good hearted person and don't get to much involved. The advice is look for a specialist and listen to him. And like I start, pray.
