Be yourself, relax and just enjoy life, you'll eventually meet the right girl, you dont have to find love right away and it won't come straight away with the first girl you meet. You need to find girls (and possibly guy friends) in an atmosphere that you feel comfortable. For instance, if you like animals go volunteer at the animal shelter (you will be doing something you enjoy, meeting people with similar interests, make new friends and possibly girlfriends). (If you have a nurturing side volunteer at the local hospital or hospice, if you like to read join a book club at a local book store or library). Or you could take classes at the local community college in something interesting, like sign language or a foreign language or physical education. It will be easier to talk to people in an atmosphere that you are comfortable in and you already have a similar interest so you go from there. Don't hold against a new friend something that others have done to you in the past. Good luck and God Bless.
remember, the first girl you meet probably isn't going to be the one you fall in love with and live happily ever after like in the movies.life and love isn't all that easy, sorry to say. and also, not every girl is like your 1st g/f. you'll eventually will find that right girl who is just right for you! just, be yourself!
