You should go to a certified personal trainer that specializes in nutrition. Your workouts probably need to be updated and should change regularly for effectiveness.

In your case, make sure the Muscle and Weight Gainer is used with your meals and not alone. Some supplements that may help with toning are Creatine and NO2. Here are some websites for information:

odds are your routine needs work, 2-3 times a week isnt really enough

Are you eating enough cals? Id eat at least 3000 a day. and milkshakes? Milkshakes just make you fat, theres nothing in them that is good for building muscle, just sugar and empty cals. Eat some good calories.

also how long have you been at it? Time is a factor here. Gaining muscle is a slow process.
First off you need to train more than that. 4 day split. 2 on one off two on two off.

mon chest and tris

tue legs

wed off

thur shoulders

fri back and bis

sat and sun no weights but do 20-30 min cardio

4 sets each with 8-10 reps

on your eating....protein shake right after workout and right before bed.
A good place to start for hardgainers such as yourself is Mark Rippetoe's book ';Starting Strength';.

Also drink a GALLON of whole milk throughout the day, NOTHING builds muscle better.
