You should stay away from all drugs! Don't start smoking at a young age because it will become hard to stop in the future. Keep in mind that it causes lung cancer and no one would wanna kiss someone with breath that smells like smoke. No matter what your cousin says, stay away from it! Just trust me on this.If you have any advice it will really help?
He may be your cousin, but he is bad news. Tell your mom and tell your aunt and/or uncle what he is doing. Stay away from him until he cleans up.
Stay away from him and tell your mother ASAP.

Save yourself, self preservation is the first law of nature.

Then implement the ';Tough Love'; theory by not enabling your cousin's stupid choices.
I would talk to someone you trust, and try to get him some professional help before his problem turns serious and irreversible.
Try to talk to someone in your family. Think of a person who will listen, and not overreact. Maybe another aunt/uncle, or your parents.

It's very good for you to want to try to help your cousin. He's very lucky he has you, and that you care enough to do something, before something bad happens (he becomes an addict, or involved in crime...).

Try talking to a counselor at school about what you can do in this type of situation, and what would be best for everyone.
Tell him you don't want to and if he keeps pressuring you then you won't hang with him anymore.
