There are problems in your navigation bar. Its not accurate in mozilla but its fine in IE. Also the color of the logo, it just doesn't fit in your bg color. Try to change it into a lighter one.

Wheni have brain farts with design i go to www.templatemonster.com for INSPIRATION. I don't copy but you can get a lot of good ideas from that website
