New to ERISA 404c, Help? Advice?

I am going through all the paperwork and it is telling me about the investment options I have from low-high risk. I am just wondering if I should even invest in anything other than low risk given the condition of the stock market recently. I am almost 30 and I have a long investment time, so some risk may be alright but I'm afraid of losing my money.

Can anyone offer advice?New to ERISA 404c, Help? Advice?
Do some low risk, some medium risk, and some high(er) risk. If you wanted to lean to lower risk, that would be fine. Having said that, lots of investors are putting their monies in lower risk investments. And the crowd is almost always wrong.

Do your asset allocation plan first. After that you can pick your funds/investments. Tell you what my current allocation is right now. 10% cash, 25% bonds, %26amp; 65% equities.
